Only customers who have purchased genuine copies of "Custom Maid 3D2" or "Custom Order Maid 3D2" (GP01 onward included) can create, distribute, and use MODs.
Tools and data cannot be used or distributed for any purposes other than display in "Custom Maid 3D2" or "Custom Order Maid 3D2."
Limited to texture data and model data that is included in the product, players may choose to distribute the data even if the colors, patterns, and figures resemble the original designs.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request the termination of public distribution.
It is prohibited to distribute data that is identical, indistinguishable, or derived directly from the items in DLC, expansion packs, or limited and special items/prizes that can be obtained after fulfilling certain requirements. (Except for texture data,
menu files, and material files.) See Article 3-2:1 for more details.
*This does not apply if a player would want to modify DLC for themselves to enjoy on their own.
*This also does not apply if a player would want to upload snapshots of their game screen online.
*We may contact legal organizations in instances where the distribution of identical data or re-distribution of data in DLC and expansion packs is considered particularly unconscionable.
Since only players who own "Custom Maid 3D2" or "Custom Order Maid 3D2" are permitted to use the data therein for MODs as stated in the Terms and Conditions, we do not regard the modification and distribution of said data to be a problem. However, we
are adding the following conditions as of the release of "Custom Order Maid 3D2" and "Custom Order Maid 3D2 GP01."
Data created by modifying the original data from "Custom Maid 3D2" may be distributed and applied to "Custom Maid 3D2" and "Custom Order Maid 3D2" (GP01 onwards included). There are no limitations placed on the modification
and distribution of data that is only included in "Custom Order Maid 3D2" (GP01 onwards included), but we ask that users indicate (see Article 6) that this data should only be used in "Custom Order Maid 3D2" (GP01 onwards included).
We entrust this to the ethics of the users.
As a central point of concern, we intend to prevent customers who have not purchased "Custom Order Maid 3D2 (GP01 onwards included)" from applying data found exclusively in "Custom Order Maid 3D2 (GP01 onwards included)" to
"Custom Maid 3D2.) However, in consideration of the compatibility of "Custom Order Maid 3D2," as well as to encourage players to move to "Custom Order Maid 3D2," we have decided to allow data found only in "Custom Maid 3D2" to
be used in mods for "Custom Order Maid 3D2" (GP01 onwards included) even for users who do not own "Custom Maid 3D2."
Furthermore, regarding additional content not included in the base game that is included in DLC packs, expansion disks (excluding GP01), or bonuses; or limited and special items/prizes that can be obtained after fulfilling
certain requirements, customers who have not fulfilled the requirements to obtain this content are prohibited from using content that is identical to or indistinguishable from it.
A user modifies the texture data alone, including color variations, of an item that is obtained by fulfilling certain requirements and where the texture data cannot be used without the corresponding model data, and distributes only that texture data→Currently permitted.
A user wishes to modify and distribute the texture data of an item that is obtained by fulfilling certain requirements, but they distribute the model data alongside the texture data because the texture data cannot be used without the model data, and that model data is included in the data of an item that is obtained by fulfilling certain requirements→Not permitted.
If the data of an item that can be obtained under special circumstances includes only texture data (if DLC color variations are officially released), it would result in a situation where even users who have not satisfied the conditions to obtain that item can use items that are indistinguishable from it. In such cases, we will contact the distributor if any problems arise.
The Adultyface from Custom Order Maid 3D2 is modified intentionally so that it can be used in Custom Maid 3D2→Not permitted. However, because costume parts, etc. are compatible between the two games, we ask that MODs of parts not restricted by game mechanics are accompanied by the text written in Article 6. We entrust this to the ethics of the users.
Costumes present in Custom Maid 3D2 are modified so that they can be used in Custom Order Maid 3D2 or Custom Order Maid 3D2 (GP01 onwards)→Permitted.
The new face present in Custom Order Maid 3D2 GP01 is modified so that it can be used in Custom Order Maid 3D2 or Custom Order Maid 3D2 GP01 onwards→Permitted.
*Among data of items that can be obtained by fulfilling certain requirements, although menu data and material data are necessary to show model data in the game, model data obtained by fulfilling certain requirements is not
allowed to be redistributed even after removing menu data and material data since it is easy to create/modify.
*Among data of items that can be obtained by fulfilling certain requirements, menu data and material data are allowed to be modified and redistributed.
